Shows 2023 Glanbrook is planning 3 in person shows in 2023 at the Ancaster Fairgrounds: June 10, July 9, and August 6. 3 Virtual Shows will run in March, April and May. Kellie Towers will judge March and May while Rebecca Schoenhardt will judge in April. Virtual show closing dates are the Tuesday of the last full week of the months shown above. Additional information and entry forms are available on the Show page. New show biosecurity measures are posted on our show page and in the Prize List. RIDE TIMES - Ride times for our shows are posted on our Show page and on Facebook by Wednesday before the show. RESULTS for our shows, including our fall Annual General Meeting awards, are posted on the Show page and on our Facebook site. New Annual Awards for 2023 Don Barnes Vintage Rider Award Presented to the highest scoring Glanbrook member rider 50 years old or older (excluding Intro Division). $100 High Point Canadian Breed Horse Presented to Glanbrook Cadora member showing a Canadian horse (highest score of 3 shows) $100 High Point Award for New Members Glanbrook CADORA will again be awarding the High Point Award for New Members at the Fall AGM. The award is given to any new member (same horse/rider combination) with the highest score at the in-person shows. The award is a handmade grooming box generously donated by RIGHT FOR YOU WOODWORKING Right for you Woodworking specializes in tack lockers, grooming boxes and customized equestrian woodworking products. Silver riders need to renew their horse license as well. All riders are welcome at Glanbrook shows. However, only Glanbrook members receive a discount on entry fees, are eligible for our year end awards program, and receive our newsletter. Membership must be received before the end of the day of the first show of the season to qualify for awards. Cadora membership is no longer included with Glanbrook membership. Each must be obtained separately. |
