Annual General Meeting 2025 Our AGM Lunch and Awards presentation will be held on November 23rd from 11 to 2pm at the Ancaster Fairgrounds Marritt Building. Join us to celebrate Glanbrook's 50th anniversary. Year end award information is posted here on the Show Page and on Facebook. Congratulations to our winners. Clinic 2025 Jill Stedman Clinic - Riding Test Elements - April 5th, 2025 Rider Application Auditor Application Shows 2025 Glanbrook is planning 3 In-Person Shows in 2025 at the Ancaster Fairgrounds: June 1, July 20, and September 7. Glanbrook Cadora will also be offering a Winter/Spring series of Virtual Shows with closing dates at the end of January, February, and March, Judges: Patrick Evans from Ottawa area, Kelly Towers and Kristy Barber. There will be no fee increases for membership or shows in 2025. Additional show and entry information is available on the Show Page. In-person show biosecurity measures are posted on our Show Page and in the Prize List. RIDE TIMES - Ride times for our shows are posted on our Show Page and on Facebook by Wednesday before the show. RESULTS for our shows, including our fall Annual General Meeting awards, are posted on the Show Page and on our Facebook site - Glanbrook Cadora. Annual Awards for 2025 Don Barnes Vintage Rider Award Presented to the highest scoring Glanbrook member rider 50 years old or older (excluding Intro Division). $100 High Point Glanbrook Adult Member - In person and Virtual Shows Sponsored by Maria-Jose Figueira High Point Glanbrook Junior Member - In person and Virtual Shows Sponsored by Alison Moeller High Point Award for New Members Glanbrook CADORA will again be awarding a High Point Award for New Members at the Fall AGM. The award is given to any new member (same horse/rider combination) with the highest score at the In-person shows. Memberships All competitors and horse owners must have current EC and OE memberships for in person shows. Silver riders need to renew their horse license as well. All riders are welcome at Glanbrook shows. However, only Glanbrook members receive a discount on entry fees, are eligible for our year end awards program, and receive our newsletter. Membership must be received by July 1 to qualify for awards. Cadora memberships are no longer included with Glanbrook membership. Each must be obtained separately. We welcome all who are interested in our sport or just enjoy being around horses to help make our shows a success by giving any amount of time.. Show set up or show day help, full or half days - all help is appreciated. Volunteer form Glanbrook offers a Volunteer of the Year Award, as well as volunteer gift cards based on time given.. Membership is not necessary to qualify for the Volunteer Award or to receive incentive rewards. Congratulations to Carol Stanton 2025 Volunteer of the Year.
